Here’s one of my favorite quotes, from sales trainer and motivational coach, Zig Ziglar:

“You can have everything you want in life -
if you’ll just help enough other people get what they want.”

Being financially free is great. Helping others become financially free is about 1,000 times more fulfilling.

That’s why I’m building a Team of success-minded, action-oriented people who want to partner with me in an exciting, fun, and highly lucrative home-based business.

Now, in the past, I’ve built MASSIVE teams very quickly – and I’ve seen the same thing happen again and again. 90% of the people on my Team do nothing (even if they invested a lot of money)… and the Top 10% do all of the work and get all of the rewards.

What I’ve also discovered that is if you consider the Top 10% “Winners”, the Bottom 90% end up being “Whiners”.

The Top 10% take action, follow directions, and make money. The Bottom 90%? They make excuses, find ways to make things harder than they have to be, and end up complaining that it’s “too hard” or “someone else has it easier” than they do.

The Top 10% are a joy to work with. The Bottom 90%? Not so much.

So, instead of opening the doors to “anyone and everyone” in my new venture, I’m only going to be working with people who show promise to be in the “Top 10%”.

How am I going to determine WHO has “Winner Qualities”?

Simple. I’ve created a 10 Question Application that will sift and sort the 10% from the 90%.
