About

Jeff GardnerMy name is Jeff Gardner and I’m a serial entrepreneur. My true passion is helping others become “unemployable”. (or “self-employed”, as some may call it) :-)

A little about me:

I’ve always been an entrepreneur. From as early as I can remember, I focused on “making money”. As a kid, I went door-to-door selling Grit magazine… seed packets… and greeting cards. As a teenager, I stumbled upon the mail order business – and started my own info-publishing business from my parent’s basement.

After high school, I went to college to get my degree in Elementary Education. However, I kept working my mail order business (yes, even in the dorms – which wasn’t easy) – and shortly after graduating college, it happened. I was making more money working for myself – than at my job. It was now costing me money to go to work. So I quit the “work world” – and now, over 15 years later, I’m still happily “unemployable”.

During the last 15+ years, I’ve met a bunch of incredible marketers who helped me in my journey:

- “The $100 Million Dollar Man”, who mentored me – and showed me how to make millions of dollars in sales using direct mail. Today, he’s a close friend.

- “Mr. Infomercial”, who unknowingly gave me $1,000’s of dollars in free advertising – and then flew me to Orlando, Florida to appear on his TV infomercial as a “Success Story”.

- The “Master Guru” who charged me $7,800 to join his elite MasterMind Group, which ultimately made me a few million bucks. (Today, membership to his MasterMind runs about $25K)

Today, I’m still as excited and passionate about being an entrepreneur as ever. I love coming up with new ideas for products or services… even new businesses… and then growing them into something big. One of my newest companies… WealthWorld… is a network marketing company that shows network marketers how to use “direct response marketing” techniques to become top earners in their chosen opportunity.

While “making money” is one of my favorite “hobbies”, my real passion comes from teaching. I’ve authored and co-authored over 100 articles, books, courses, audio programs, and videos on home-based business, money-making, and network marketing. I’ve spoken at dozens of live events, conference, and seminars – including the World Internet Summit and World MLM Summit. I’ve even held my own 3-day $5,995-per-seat “Seven Figure Seminar”, where I showed my best clients how to go from $0 to a seven-figure income in the direct marketing field.

Long story short: I love finding and sharing ways to make money with other entrepreneurs.

That’s the purpose of MillionaireInTraining.com: To investigate, find, and share real, usable money-making strategies, secrets, and opportunities with other passionate, positive-minded entrepreneurs.

If that’s you, Enjoy!

Random Things About Me:

Gunfight at Boot HillI worked at Boot Hill Museum in Dodge City, Kansas during high school as a “gun fighter” – and was often “shot and killed” during daily noon gunfights.

I was still living in a beat-up trailer when I was flown to Orlando to be in the “Creating Wealth” infomercial. For the infomercial, I was filmed in a multi-million dollar house, watching TV and playing pool. As soon as the show aired, my relatives started calling, asking: “When did you move – and WHAT are you doing to make so much money?”

My favorite cake is carrot cake – which I just discovered about 6 years ago. (And that’s all I have to say about that.) ;-)

I walked on fire at a Tony Robbin’s event – and burned my foot. (Not seriously – but it made all of the excited hopping up-and-down interesting.)

I’ve discovered that you can feel miserable living in a 6,000 square foot home – and ecstatic living in a 900 square foot apartment. Where you aren’t doesn’t matter as much as what you focus on. (I now focus on being grateful – and that works, no matter where I am.)
